Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Digital products or downloadable software.
- Items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@herotech.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Contact us at support@herotech.co.za to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
