Return & Refund Policy

At Herotech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is significantly different from the product description

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse, as our products are sourced and shipped directly from our suppliers.

Return Window Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return Contact us at help@herotech.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
