3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Herotech reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping We ship within South Africa. Delivery times are estimates only. Herotech is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and procedures. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items within 7 days of delivery.
