Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations HeroTech currently ships within South Africa. International shipping to select destinations may be available — contact us at help@herotech.co.za for enquiries.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times within South Africa are 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees — delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@herotech.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Supplier Fulfilment HeroTech products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. As a result, orders may be shipped from outside South Africa and delivery times may vary. Customs duties or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
